Our Organizational Earnings dashboard provides a detailed comparison of metrics for projects under the selected organization. Users can filter data by project organization and period for targeted analysis. Table 1: Comparison Table compares three metrics for projects under the organization selected in the filter box above. In column 1, “Labor Cost” shows the labor cost of each project as one would see in a Deltek-generated report.

The “Adjusted Labor Cost” in column 2 reflects the actual labor cost after accounting for cross charges and inter-company billings. The same concept applies to “Labor Billing” and “Revenue” in the subsequent columns.

Table 2: External Contributions Table shows the labor cost, billing, and revenue generated by employees that belong to the selected organization but from projects that exist outside the selected organization. Overall, these reflect the cross charges and inter-company billings brought into the selected organization.
